There are a few possible reasons for this:

• Rural address
• New construction
• Roof obstruction
• Shared roof structure (townhome, condo, etc.)
• Commercial address

Don’t worry - these leads won’t count against the 25 included in your monthly subscription! You essentially receive a free warm lead.

First, we recommend reviewing the “Report Link” in your Contractor Portal to see the pricing options the prospect received. You should then contact the prospect, ideally within five minutes of receiving the request, to give you the best chance to book a firm appointment. And, last but not least, be “pleasantly persistent!” Your warm lead may not respond on the first try. Contact them 3-5 times within 24 hours to connect and book the appointment.

We create a tracking number that forwards to the number you provide us. That way, we are able to provide reporting on the calls you receive!

We do not automatically include a waste factor in our estimates. Instead, we simply increase your prices by the percentage of waste factor you’d like to add (i.e. if your product is priced at $500/sq, and you’d like a 10% waste factor, we simply price it at $550/sq). Your success manager can easily make that change for you!

Yes! Simply contact your success manager and they will be able to make changes to essentially anything, including pricing, photos, etc.
